This woman with autism began singing before she could speak

My Name is Spencer is the third video in a series of short films highlighting individuals on the autism spectrum.

 The shorts mix live action and animation and tell the stories in an entertaining yet informative way.

 My Name Is Spencer tells the story of Spencer Harte, a young woman with autism and how music was a key in unlocking the doors of autism. 

 Spencer is an opera singer and could not speak until she started singing. Through music she was able to begin to communicate with others and open her world to new possibilities.
